Sadiom legal
Terms of Use
Terms for Flight Dispatch Study and related Sadiom products.
Effective July 26, 2026
Agreement and operator
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Samuel Gonzalez, an individual developer, regarding Flight Dispatch Study, Sadiom websites, and related Sadiom products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Apple may also impose terms that apply to App Store downloads, purchases, subscriptions, and use on Apple platforms.
Educational use only
Flight Dispatch Study is designed to support personal study and active recall. It is not an official government, airline, employer, school, testing-provider, or certification product.
- The Services are not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration.
- The Services do not guarantee that you will pass the ADX knowledge test or any other examination.
- The Services do not guarantee certification, employment, promotion, operational competence, or any professional outcome.
- Content may be incomplete, outdated, simplified, inaccurate, unavailable, or not applicable to a particular situation.
- The Services are not substitutes for current regulations, official publications, authorized training, instructor guidance, approved company procedures, official weather sources, or professional judgment.
You are responsible for verifying study material against current official sources.
No operational use
Do not use or rely on Flight Dispatch Study, CieloTracker, Sadiom Flow, community content, notifications, summaries, or other Sadiom output to make or support live dispatch, flight release, flight-following, fuel-planning, weather, safety, compliance, regulatory, or real-world operational decisions.
The Services are not approved operational systems and do not replace any system, source, procedure, or duty required by law, regulation, certificate holder, employer, or responsible authority.
Subscriptions and App Store billing
Flight Dispatch Study may offer the following auto-renewing subscription options in the United States:
- Monthly: $10.99 per month.
- ADX Pass: $19.99 every two months.
Prices may vary by country, currency, tax, and App Store changes. The price and billing period displayed in Apple's purchase confirmation control your transaction.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple's then-current rules.
- Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in Apple account settings under Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Samuel Gonzalez does not receive your payment-card number.
- Features and content included with a subscription may evolve, but any material change remains subject to applicable law and Apple requirements.
Instructions are available on the Support and Contact page.
Accounts and acceptable use
Optional community features may require Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining the security of your Apple account and device.
You may not:
- Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that interferes with other users or service operation.
- Submit personal data, confidential employer information, proprietary operational material, malicious code, spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, moderation tools, analytics, servers, APIs, or nonpublic content.
- Bypass access controls, subscription checks, rate limits, moderation, security controls, or technical restrictions.
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, crawl, copy, index, download, or reconstruct the Services or question bank except as expressly authorized in writing.
Intellectual property
Except for user submissions and third-party material, the Services and their content, study structures, question-bank organization, interface, graphics, software, branding, and documentation are owned by Samuel Gonzalez or licensed for use and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Services for lawful individual study, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, create a competing dataset or product from, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape, bulk export, or otherwise exploit the Services or their content except as allowed by mandatory law or with prior written permission.
Your cards and community submissions
You retain ownership of original content you create. Cards that remain local on your device are not licensed for public community use merely because you created them in the app.
If you choose to share a card, correction, explanation, feedback note, tag, or other submission with the community ("Shared Submission"), you grant Samuel Gonzalez a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, edit, adapt, format, combine, translate, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use that Shared Submission to operate, maintain, moderate, secure, promote, and improve the Services and community question bank.
This license allows shared content to remain available, including in edited or de-identified form, after you stop using the Services. To the extent permitted by law, the license is irrevocable once a Shared Submission has been incorporated into published community content. This does not transfer ownership of your original submission to Samuel Gonzalez.
You represent and warrant that:
- You created the Shared Submission or have all rights and permissions needed to submit and license it.
- The Shared Submission does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, contract, or other rights.
- The Shared Submission does not contain proprietary airline or employer material, controlled test content, personal data, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
- The Shared Submission is made in good faith and is not knowingly false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful.
Shared Submissions may be reviewed, edited, combined, accepted, rejected, removed, or left unpublished at any time. There is no obligation to publish or retain any submission or provide attribution.
Changes, availability, and enforcement
The Services, features, content, prices, and availability may change. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, legal compliance, security, product changes, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Samuel Gonzalez may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, abuse, security risks, unpaid access, service discontinuation, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, submission-license, disclaimer, and liability provisions, will survive.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Samuel Gonzalez disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
No statement, score, progress indicator, notification, consultant summary, community contribution, or support response is a guarantee of correctness, completeness, currency, exam performance, certification, employment, competence, safety, or operational suitability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Samuel Gonzalez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, exam fees, training costs, employment outcomes, business interruption, or operational losses arising from or related to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $25.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable obligations.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect product, subscription, legal, or operational changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable Apple terms form the agreement governing your use of the Services.
