Privacy Policy
How Flight Dispatch Study and Sadiom products handle information.
Effective July 26, 2026
Scope
This policy applies to Flight Dispatch Study (also previously identified as Flight Dispatch Question Bank), CieloTracker, related Sadiom product pages, and support communications. It describes information handled by the current public versions of these products.
Flight Dispatch Study
Anonymous app analytics
The app assigns a random anonymous install identifier and creates a new anonymous session identifier when the app runs. These identifiers are used to understand product use, reliability, and study behavior. Analytics can include:
- App launches, study sessions, screen or feature use, answer reveal and rating actions, contribution outcomes, and purchase or restore result categories.
- Question, topic, and content-pack identifiers for bundled or community material. Analytics filters are designed to exclude raw question text, answer text, authored card text, search text, names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- App version, build number, platform, device family, operating-system version, locale, locale region, and time zone.
- A user-selected public alias, if one is configured.
- Coarse country, region, or city information when made available by the hosting network. The app does not request precise GPS location for analytics.
Analytics are sent to Sadiom's backend service. They are not used for cross-app advertising or sold to data brokers.
Optional Sign in with Apple
You can use core local study features without creating a community account. If you choose Sign in with Apple, the app sends the Apple identity token to Sadiom's backend for verification and receives an app authentication token. The backend may store Apple's unique account identifier, an email address or Apple private relay address if Apple provides one, an internal user identifier, account role, and account timestamps.
Your Apple ID is not displayed to the community. A public alias you choose may be displayed with shared contributions.
Study cards, community sharing, and review
Cards you create can remain on your device. If you choose to share a card, submit an edit, or participate in the community bank, Sadiom may receive and store the card content, prompts, answers, cloze formatting, topic, tags, public alias, submission status, related card identifiers, and review history. Shared material is placed into a moderation process and may be edited, approved, rejected, or published to other users.
Feedback and reports
If you report a card or send feedback through the app, Sadiom may receive the related question identifier, selected reason, optional note, public alias, submission status, and account identifier when you are signed in. If you contact support by email, Sadiom receives your email address, message, and any attachments or diagnostic details you choose to provide.
Study progress and device data
Study progress, confidence ratings, preferences, locally created cards, and similar records are stored on your device. Some account-enabled features may synchronize information through Sadiom's backend or Apple services when those features are used.
Study Consultant
The current Study Consultant feature generates its summary on your device from local study statistics. The current implementation does not send your consultant snapshot, missed-card text, or study history to an external artificial-intelligence provider. If a future version introduces external AI processing, this policy will be updated before that processing is enabled.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Sadiom does not receive your payment-card number. The app can receive product identifiers, transaction and entitlement status, and purchase or restore result categories needed to provide access and troubleshoot purchases. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
CieloTracker
CieloTracker stores alert thresholds, preferences, airport selections, and related app data on your device. It sends airport identifiers that you enter to aviation-weather services to retrieve METAR and TAF information. Sadiom does not use CieloTracker for advertising tracking. If you contact support, the information in your email is handled as described in this policy.
When information is shared
Information may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate the products:
- Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store transactions, and Apple platform services you choose to use.
- Cloud hosting and database providers for authentication, analytics, content delivery, moderation, and community features.
- Weather-data providers for requests based on airport identifiers entered in CieloTracker.
- Public community users when a shared submission is approved and published. Published content may include the public alias you selected, but not your Apple ID.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the services, investigate abuse, or enforce the Terms of Use.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including operating accounts and entitlements, measuring product use, maintaining security, moderating community content, resolving support requests, and meeting legal obligations.
- Local study data remains on your device until you remove it, reset the app, or delete the app, subject to device backups and Apple synchronization settings.
- Account and authentication records are retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
- Analytics records are retained for product analysis and reliability review, then deleted or aggregated when no longer reasonably needed.
- Pending, rejected, and published submissions may be retained to preserve moderation history and community-bank integrity. Published shared cards may remain in de-identified form after account deletion.
- Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond, document resolution, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.
To request deletion of an account or associated backend data, follow the process on the Support and Contact page. Because anonymous analytics are intentionally not directly tied to a name or email address, Sadiom may need an anonymous alias, device type, app version, and approximate dates to locate a record, and may be unable to identify records from contact information alone.
Your choices
- Community participation
- Keep cards local or choose whether to submit them for community review.

- Choose or change the alias shown with community participation.
- Sign in is optional for local study. You can sign out of the community account in app settings.

Security and children
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect backend information, but no network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Sadiom products are intended for aviation learners and professionals and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so the request can be reviewed.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the products change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
