Privacy Policy

Overview

Sadiom respects your privacy. CieloTracker does not create user accounts, does not collect personal data, and does not use third-party advertising or analytics services that track you. Your alert thresholds, preferences, and all other CieloTracker app data are stored locally on your device only. The app makes direct requests to public weather services to fetch METAR/TAF data using ICAO codes you enter. These requests contain no personal information.

Flight Dispatch Study is a study app for aviation knowledge practice. It may use app services for study content, syncing, moderation, or optional community features when you choose to use those features.

CieloTracker

CieloTracker processes no personal data. The only network activity is sending ICAO codes, such as airport identifiers, to weather providers to retrieve aviation weather information. These requests do not include identifiers, location data beyond what you explicitly enter, or other personal information.

• Weather Requests - ICAO codes you enter are sent to weather providers; no personal data is included or collected.
• Support Email - if you email us, we receive your email address and message solely to respond.

Flight Dispatch Study

Flight Dispatch Study may process the information needed to provide study sessions, content updates, progress syncing, and optional community-submitted question improvements.

• Study Activity - progress, missed items, and session outcomes may be stored or synced to support app features.
• Optional Account Services - if Sign in with Apple or similar app services are used, the app receives only the identifiers needed to operate those features.
• Community Submissions - submitted questions, corrections, or feedback may be reviewed and used to improve study content.
• Support Email - if you email us, we receive your email address and message solely to respond.

Your Choices

For CieloTracker, there are no tracking settings to manage because no personal data is collected. For Flight Dispatch Study, optional features can be used only when you choose to participate. You may contact support with privacy questions or requests.

Sharing & Retention

• No data is shared with third-party advertising or tracking providers.
• CieloTracker weather request history is never stored on servers we control.
• Flight Dispatch Study data is retained only as needed to provide app features, sync content, moderate submissions, or respond to support requests.
• Support emails are retained only as long as needed to respond and resolve your inquiry.

Children

CieloTracker and Flight Dispatch Study are intended for aviation users and learners and are not directed to children under 13.
